Data Base Structure

Each RDC willing to search for partners through presenting their profile in the database or submitting project ideas has to register in the database. Registration is possible after validation of RDC by respective NCP. Processes of registration new RDC and submitting new Project Idea are presented below.

Respective NCP has to validate RDC against common set of criteria. Since there is a large variety of cluster initiatives it is important to use the same template for RDC characterisation allowing potential partners to know other cluster characteristic. Each NCP will use the same template to characterise RDC.

After positive validation by NCP, RDC will receive access to the database and will be able to go through registration process as well as will be able to correct and supplement its data contained in the database. Each registered RDC can also search for partners for trans-national cooperation through (i) browsing the database and (ii) submitting project ideas.

Each project idea for cluster trans-national cooperation has to be validated by respective NCP according to its relevance to the objectives of the RoK Calls (qualitative verification). NCP comments on project idea will be sent to the respective RDC for improvements. After improvements project idea will be checked by respective NCP and if meets program objectives validated and automatically visible for all database users. Afterwards NCP will be responsible to perform follow-up of all project ideas from its own country.
