RDC Administrative data are visible to other users
Person who submitted data so far, are nominated the
contact person of the RDC.
Possibility of filling in
- RDC Coordinator form,
- for submitting information about coordinator of the RDC.
When email address of coordinator is given, he is notified,
about that fact and is given the ability to log in into the system
and use it with the rights to make corrections to all data concerning the RDC
- RDC Entity contact form,
- for filling in contact and additional information about entities included in RDC.
other people from those institutions can be given access to the system with ability
of browsing data and submitting Project Proposal Form.
- RDC Additional information form,
- Additional extra information about RDC
- RDC Additional contact person,
- for filling in information about other contact person of the RDC which
is given access to the system with the rights to modify all
information about RDC
Each person whose data have been submitted is notified,
and gains access to the system for browsing
other RDCs, Entities, Persons and is allowed
to browse Project Proposal Forms and submit his own PPF.

Quality of submitted information is not good enough, both forms must be refilled and resubmitted and verified once more, or process ends and data re deleted.
